Mic Holder & Adapter

Just picked up the DVX100b, unfortunately this one did not include the Mic Holder (VYC0936) or the Mic Holder Adapter (VYC0890). Anyone know where I could pick up these parts for a decent price? The parts at VideoDirect are the lowest I've seen so far but wondering if there's something more reasonably priced, thanks.

I use a suspension mount on the hot shoe on the top of the handle. Keeps handling noise and vibrations from the camera to a minimum. Also gets it up a bit higher if you use a matt box.
