MIC clip gone missing

I had the mic clip + screws in my hmc box, which was kept back at home whilst I was out at university. I shouldve just isntalled it right away, but seeing I was only shooting music videos I didnt bother.

Now typically, it has 'vanished' and noone will admit to where or why. I have some interviews coming up, and nowhere to mount a k6.

Can I order this little bracket and screws from anywhere? Or am I doomed?
