Initially I planed to use my GH4-4K Production Camera set-up with Prime Lenses and a Matte Box but to keep it simple I bought The Olympus 12-40 f2.8 Pro lens. In the manual focus mode it has Hard Stops for Focus Pulls and it can be zoomed without stepping or Iris changes.
I added our Small HD DP4 with HDMI loop through so we can hard wire a monitor for our clients.
For audio I picked the Juiced Link Low Noise Pre Amp it has 48-volt and XLR connectors, this works very well.
