Does anyone know why Sony FS700 does not have any metering modes or focusing area settings? "Because it is a camcorder" is not a reason, as I don't see why those options should be only for cameras. Although gamma curves can change how the brightness is graded, I cannot select spot metering or center-weighted metering so I don't know what metering mode it is using.
The focusing area is also a mystery, as there is no way to select middle, top, down, left or right on the screen just like the Sony A7 camera. That means I can't set the focus point to the top of the screen instead of the middle??
