FS7: Metabones speedbooster - corner blurring really an issue?

I'm finding it hard to find real work examples of the FS7 with the original speedbooster in comparison to the ULTRA.

Just bought the FS7, and what with buying all the extras I went for the original speedbooster to save £300 and then can upgrade in the future. But then I did some searching and photos of it on a test screen appear to show a lot of blurring around the corners and sides. Which has got me worried that I've spent a small fortune on a camera and cheaped out on a vital bit of kit.

Anybody got some test screengrabs (preferably at 4K) as I don't think a test screen photo is very 'real-world'.

Thanks

That's the thing, neither am I, I just won't be happy if there's noticeable blur in the corners but I guess it can't be that bad.

I have the SBU F Mount and have not seen any blurring of the corners and I've been extremely pleased with the performance.

One of the claims Metabones made for the Ultra was sharper corners but I'd certainly try and rule out the lens first, some lenses have shockingly poor corner sharpness and vignetting that is exposed when going to FF.

Well received it this morning and tested briefly with a Tamron 24-70 2.8, and glad to say I can barely see any blurring, if any. Great bit of kit.
