Metabones Smart Adapter Mark II vs Mark III

Back in early December, I had to buy the Metabones SA Mark III when I bought my FS700 because I needed it right away for work. A few days ago I got the Mark II in as a rebate. I don't need both and the Mark III brings in more money on Ebay. As far as I can tell, the only big difference between the two is that the Mark III works with the VG900 and the A7's.

So, am I wrong, or does the Mark II and III work the same with the FS700? If not what's the difference.
