all the troubles i used to have with the sigma 24-105 are gone for now, good news
 
I just wanted to bump this thread. I had a lot of issues with my Canon 70-200 2.8 IS I, that I eventually sold it for the Sony 70-200 F4 G. I'll have to see if I still get the black screen with my other canon lenses when I use the camera. The only Body I've used the Mark IV on is the A7s.

The autofocus speed on my other lenses seems to be exactly the same. I couldn't tell a difference.

I think it's also possible that Metabones had the update created earlier in February, but decided not to release it until some testing, so that could explain how nobody knew.
