Metabones ef to nex electronic in stock anyone bought lately??

I just bought one straight from Metabone's Monday. Call Birns and Sawyer, they said they were getting a shipment in pretty soon (not sure if it's too late already).
 
already have one ordered from Birns and Sawyer for next weekend. Buy next week most dealers will be stocked. Need for early next week. Are you happy with it?
 
Well I'm in the opposite boat that you are in. I have the adapter, but no FS700 :) I have it on pre-order from B&H. But who knows when I actually get it.
 
To your question about liking it:

Yes, I do. One thing to be aware of, if you are wide open on a wide lens, the adapter can affect the shape of the bokeh depending on the angle of light coming in. For my F1.4 and F1.8 I noticed this with situations like night with some bright lights bokehing in the background. First shoot I did with the metabones I never had a problem, however, I brought my dumb adapter JUST in case I needed a shot where the bokeh was more prevalent and I didn't like what was happening to it.

Second, one time the camera just stop recognizing the lens attached (Tokina 11-16). I had to pop the battery and then all was fine. This was an 11 hour shoot and it only happened once. We were shooting in 106 degree weather so it's possible it was a heat related thing, could have just been the camera as well, not sure.

Outside of that, I would buy one again in a heartbeat, as it was AWESOME to use.
