Metabones. Anyone try the Canon 24mm f1.4 L II?

Just ordered a Metabones EOS to Nex Adapter in anticipation of my upcoming FS camera order.

I was wondering if anyone has tried the Canon 24mm F1.4 L II with the Metabones? I didn't see that lens on the compatibility chart, but I know some other not listed lenses have worked. Plus, this is one of the more popular Canon lenses, so I would hope it would work especially since I have one.

So anyone who has an FS100 with the Metabones try the 24mm L f1.4 II?

Thanks again for any advice.

Metabones confirmed that the 24mm f1.4 L II works, even though it's not on their list of lenses.

A fellow poster just PM'd me asking how I got my Metabones as he's emailed their Pre-order waiting list a good while back. I think the waiting list doesn't work well, as your email just gets lost in the shuffle.

I emailed them several times and got my order in quickly. Ordered about 4 or 5 days ago, and it arrived in Los Angeles on Monday and is sitting in customs.

Apparently, their production of the adapter has stepped up considerably, so the long waits should be over (according to Metabones). But the key is to email them until you get a response. Waiting for them to contact you, sounds like it will result in a longer wait for the adapter.

Guys, I just got my adapter yesterday from Birns and Sawayer (by the way the best place to buy metabones adapter, they have full stock of them, they just got new batch) and I checked version of it and it's .05. Is it the latest version?

I've used the Canon 24mm 1.4 you mentioned and it works just fine. No issues whatsoever. Love the adapter. Thanks everyone on here for the metabones advice. I've been emailing them, but i'll try the birns and sawayer site too.

Dang, if I would have known they sold it from Birnes and Sawyer, I would have bought it from them since they're close to my house. Probably good for the support you get.

They have great service and great people! I got mine in one day. They still have a lot available!

How come no one of you are reporting the issues about opening the iris below f2.0? I heard the bokeh gets clipped if you open the iris too much. I just want to make sure if this adapter will fit my needs or not because I have many of the fast Canon L series lenses.
