Mercury vapor + high shutter speed = fix?

Scenario: HVX-200 at high shutter speed... 720pn24 shot at 36fps..

Foreground: Tungsten Lighting, evenly lit subject..

Background: Mercury Vapor (football stadium) lighting..

Problem: Color shift (background).. frame after frame of blue, green, purple color shift.

Solution: Anyone have a fix other than doing some sort of radical mask / effect or b-roll / scrap the shot?

Thanks,
Patrick

I'll let someone else answer the question about how to fix it in post if that's possible, but in the future don't use 180 degrees when shooting under the stadium lighting; stick with 1/60th and it should avoid the problem.
