media offline at end of clip

I have a clip that at the very end says media offline but the first min and a half is fine. I have never encountered this before. it's possible that the clip was when the p2 cards switched over during take. I don't know why only part of the clip is offline. any help would be great.

I get this from time to time. It has to do with the switch between cards.

Usually I'll find the complete clip in the next bin. The complete part has the first part from the other card, and the rest that is missing.
