FS7: "Media does not exist"

Anyone else receiving that message?

The weird thing is that the camera will alert "Media does not exist" when I hit REC but it will still roll and record despite the notification. The files are fine as far as I can tell. Performing a reset temporarily clears it up but then the Fs7 eventually returns to alerting that "Media does not exist". This is with S-series QXD cards.
 
Just got this message yesterday for the first time. It happened when I turned the camera on with no cards. It's never happened before at all. I use Lexar 1100x and 1333x cards.
