I had a really nIce “media pass” once. Put a QR code on it and everything. It worked a few times to get a better rate. Then I was only able to get the same rate, but over the 50 pound limit. Now it’s impossible. The airline says talk to the ticket agent and the ticket agent says talk to the airline. I just gave up.

Agreed.. Its a thing of the past really now.. as a freelancer anyway.. I used to get the "its only for broadcast companies that use our airline line.. not just because you have a cameras in your bag..".. now its .. 'The media what?"
