Media Composer to DV EXPRESS

Hi I work for a company that currently runs Media Composer 7.2 (old I know!) we digitize drop frame, AVR3S. We are upgrading to Avid DV Express Pro and I'm currently in the middle of a show and I'm wondering if the sequences and media will be compatible? Will I have to redig the shows?

I just completed a feature and we had a similar problem, we were told that in order to use the content that was digitized with the Media Composer 7.2 (quadra 900) we needed to rent the Adrenalin. If we wanted to use the Express Pro we would have to re-digitize.

We had to track down another old Avid and clone to original drives.
 
Projects and bins are compatible, but the media is not. The Adrenaline canplay back ABVB media where the Xpress Pro cannot.

You will need to recapture sources.
