ME-66 or Rode NTG-2?

I have a friend who wants to sell his NTG-2. I have the Sennheiser me-66 shotgun. Is the NTG-2 a big enough improvement over the me-66 to warrant spending almost $200 for it?
 
The comparison between these two has been discussed ad nauseum around here. Try a quick search and you'll pull up all sorts of pros and cons of each.

Personally, I'm not as big a fan of the ME-66, but there are others who find it to be exactly what they want and/or need. Suffice it to say, since it is your friend selling his NTG-2, your best bet is to put both through the paces in a side-by-side comparison. Figure out which one sounds and performs the best to your ears.
 
The ME-66 has way more output than the NTG-2. If you're using something like a H4n that may be a big help. Soundwise, I favor the ME-66 over the NTG-2. The NTG-2 is a little bright for my taste.
