The May issue of American Cinematographer has an article about 24P workflow, focusing on several productions that used the DVX100 (including Wim Wenders' Land of Plenty), and also mentions the Reel Stream DVX100 conversion (that allows for capturing the camera's raw signal directly to a hard drive, by-passing any image-degrading in-camera processing and the compression that occurs to record the signal to DV).
