I recently shot and edited the promo vids for the Washington Maxim Hometown Hottie finalists. HVX200 / Letus combo and Cinevate Slider. They're PG13, but might be slightly unsuitable for work.

Hollie gets my vote

I didn't know at the time, but I worked with Hollie nearly 10 years prior in a short film. Not too long ago I threw away an entire box of old tapes, thinking, "I'll never look at this crap again". I did manage to find some footage and a trailer. It was fun to watch how far we've come but I won't be making it public. :)

Overall, don't throw away / delete source material! Ten years later it might be fun to reflect and/or one of your actresses might be a Maxim Hometown Hottie.

Nice job! What lenses did you use? The flares/back lit stuff looks incredible! How small was the crew that worked on the shoot with you? It looks like you had a reflector in some of the shots.

cheers

Thanks Ryan. I used a Nikon 16mm 2.8, 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.4 and a Sigma 20mm 1.8. Myself and one other person for crew. Benilda's was the only one we used a reflector on.

what kind of mic did you use?
wireless?
shotgun?

thats one killer gig!

Hollie has my vote

AT4073a shotgun in a Rycote Zeppelin for Lisa and Hollie

G2 Lav for Benilda due to the nature of her video since we were walking and going to different places.

Hollie appears to be the clear favorite amongst both girls and guys. She'll be happy to know she's doing well with the camera and filmmaking nerds too.

Though I must say I'm really liking all three WA girls.
