It would be great if you could provide some sample footage.
Mine's not a Cine, but I am using the RC Pro. It flies identically with the RC-N1 and RC Pro.
The problems are largely over-braking and just overall twitchy flight. It's widely-reported. A lot of people won't notice it because they're not tuned into how it _should_ fly. It's not an insurmountable problem, it just makes any moves that require two-stick movement more difficult than they should be. I'm used to doing things like orbits manually and it absolutely shows itself there.
I also don't think it's a "copy" thing... I have four total friends with Mavic 3s and one of them has two (one Cine among us)... and all five of them fly pretty much the same and we've all noticed the flight dynamics need some adjustment. It appears to be all of them... but a lot of people don't really notice it based on how they fly and how attuned they are to how their drone is flying.
I've been flying drones since before the Phantom line was a thing (and I've owned every generation of Phantom, both generations of Inspire, an S900 w/ A2 flight controller, Mavic Pro, Mavic 2 Pro, Air 2s, Mini 2, DJI FPV, Autel EVO II Pro and at least a dozen homebuilts of various size and configuration)... and I can tell you, the Mavic 3 needs some work on its flight dynamics.
They'll fix it, I'm sure... but it's another example of the fact that the Mavic 3 was definitely released before it was fully baked... the missing features being another clear signal.
I've also read reports by experienced DJI flyers that report a uptick in flyaways. In nearly all cases, the flight logs show a hardware failure.

I cannot share footage unfortunately since I'm currently working on a doc project that requires all content to remain under wrap for the time being.
I definitely have not experienced any flyaways or weird problems with flight controls. I've flown mine both slow and steady as well as whipping it around through trees, over rivers and down canyons and under every circumstance mine has flown exceptionally well.
The only two weird things I've experienced with my M3C is that sometimes I can see a little drift when the drone is hovering (not all the time, but I have seen it), and I also saw online where people were reporting where their gimbal was rubbing on the legs of the drone when folded up. After reading that I double checked mine and did notice a couple small scratches on the gimbal and the legs where the rub was. I will say that is very annoying, especially because I spent so much money on this consumer (prosumer?) drone. Luckily I figured that out quickly after reading about it before it got too scuffed up and was able to prevent any further rubbing by going to Lowe's and buying little sticky felt dots that I put on the arms where the gimbal would hit and that worked great by essentially locking the gimbal to the arms with small pads. You definitely shouldn't have to do this though and this is a design flaw on DJI's part.

My one issue with the new firmware is that you still can't use 5.1K or ProRes with Active Track or with any of the other modes it has, like the circle mode. That's really frustrating as I feel that DJI marketed this drone heavily as a 5.1K 50p 4/3 drone with incredible Active Track and ProRes, but yet you can't use the 5.1K or ProRes with Active Track? What the heck?
I still really like my Mavic 3 Cine and have used it on a fair amount of commercial projects recently, but that bugs me. I hope they allow that in future firmware as the 4K is nowhere near as good as the 5.1K. Right now it feels like you either get amazing footage by flying completely manually, or you use Active Track and modes like that, but at the expense of image quality. That should not be a thing.

active track from my experience works only in situations where tracking can be easily done manually and where you would not need an automated process. Ideally for automated tracking you need an isosceles triangle from ground point of the drone - drone - subject and the subject might not be too close. It does not work at all for top shots. Same with circles. With a little of regular practice you can fly much more appealing circles where you combine the circle with flying close/far or changing heights. my 2cts..

Personally I disagree. At least for me, I've been flying with my Part 107 since 2016 and in the six years I've been doing it, I still cannot fly a circle anywhere near as smooth or as perfect as the drone can using Active Track. The ability to simply highlight something like a building, car or person and have the drone do a perfect circle around it is an invaluable tool to me.
I understand that perhaps some people out there may have a smoother hand than I do. I'm not arguing that. But for many people, myself included, when you're flying solo as a single drone/camera op, tools like Active Track are priceless. They make shooting so much easier. Need to follow a car and have the camera also move around it during the process while simultaneously panning up or down? Simply highlight the car and let the drone help you get the shot. It couldn't be easier.
Features like this are one of the reasons I shoot with DJI drones like the Mavic 3 Cine. It's just a shame though that, at least right now, you can't use those features with the camera's native resolution or ProRes.

DJI made the SSD internal so you couldn't use your existing inspire 2 ssd! What they should have done is let it take the Ronin 4D ssd. But DJI didn't want to lose money from selling overpriced ssd! Blame it on aerodynamics lol! crack a m3 open and you'll probably find an off the shelf ssd, same like what happened with the inspire 2 ssd. DJI isn't too friendly in regards to their ecosystem of products. Why not make the ProRes a license thing that works on a regular M3 or Cine version? Or if they were not so greedy, let you cary over your inspire 2 licenses to the M3? Why pay again and again for codecs and ssd? With all that said, I did buy a M3 regular version, h265 is good enough for me. I have an inspire 2 when I need more robust codecs. I was really disappointed with I2 lack of support, the "coming soon" ground filming products never came out...... Why don't they allow the X5s or x7 to work in the 4D? I'm pretty sure they could have retrofitted it somehow.... They want you to buy another camera/gimbal unit..... Wish they had some more competition in this market segment.

They've never had compatibility between generations of their gear. Spent thousands on an X5R camera for your Inspire 1 and tons of SSDs? Too bad, the Inspire 2 is completely different. Part of that is progress and enhancement... but another part is... as you say... just a cash grab.
The non-removable SSD in the Mavic 3 Cine is one of the dumbest things I've seen in a while from them. I've already heard of two people losing footage when their Mavic 3 Cine crashed and wouldn't power back up. DJI was no help at all recovering the footage off of the SSD even though it was most likely still there on the disk.

I just picked up a lightly used Mavic 3 Classic from Ebay. Haven't put it through the paces yet, but if you can do without the 2nd tele camera (which is not great on the M3 anyway) the classic has the exact same main camera sensor as the M3.
