Matching to Canon DSLR

Did a search and couldn't find if this has been covered. What would be the best way to match between AF100 and Canon DSLR footage? Shoot both with flat settings or some other custom scene files?
Not needed for any shoot, but I'm thinking about in the future, if I have to sneak some shots on the Canon.
