When recording DV with the HVX200 in 4X3 24P, does the video produced look exactly as the footage coming from a DVX100A? In other words, will these two cameras match well on a job? Has anyone seen the output side by side? TIA
I've shot about 8 half-hour shows now with the HVX/DVX combo --- they match up beautifully. And a good deal of this footage has been interviews where you're cutting back and forth between the HVX and the DVX, so you'd know in a second if there was a problem.
Obviously, you have to make sure your frame rates are the same, but then it's just a matter of doing an A/B on a monitor until they look the same (you'll just need minor adjustments here are there). Happy shooting!
