Matching HVX200 with a HDSLR

I am considering using a HVX200 and a HDSLR (Nikon) on my next big shoot. In terms of image quality can these be matched up? Well the Nikon just came out last week so many people may not have had the chance to work with it yet. So lets say the Canon 5D or 7D for now.

A lot depends on what are you shooting, how are you shooting it, and how you plan to cut them together.....
