HPX250: Matching HPX250 and HVX200a in a multicam shoot

Just got my HPX250. Love it. Can't wait for the book but the camera is fun to explore (less fun to decrypt its manual).

In two days I'll be shooting an event in a church where the other camera is a HVX200a. I have not had a chance to test alongside the HVX200a so I wonder how comparable the look of the two cameras will be? Based on people's experience, is matching these to cameras enhanced by biasing any matrix, saturation, etc. setting on the HPX250?

This will be indoors at night, lit not so brightly with incandescent practical lighting. Walls are stained wood panel mostly. We will shoot 720p30 probably.

Thanks

Barry talks about this somewhere on the settings I think to give you the best flat. Cant find it, but here is one link you should read. Just search over all the posts one at a time and you will find allot of answers you are looking for. Hope that helps and have fun :)

I did read it, thank you, and I did have fun.

Overall I'm impressed by how well matched the cameras were in this particular scenario. I set the matrix of the 250 to Norm, but I should have left it on Norm1. The challenge was more the 200A struggling with the low light.
