F3: Matching FS700 and F3

I will shoot interviews FS700 and F3, but don't want to use slog, because afraid of it's "correct exposure" issues and dont see big advantage of this in talking heads shots.
What would be recommendations for picture profile of FS700 and settings for F3 that there wouldn't be problems in post matching them.

The F3's SLOG will be a massive advantage esp shooting talking heads as the its skin tones look so much more natural that way. Also it's pretty easy to expose using SLOG and there's a tonne of room for adjustmentin post too. If you are using an F3, you should be using SLOG.

I agree about slog use and its value because there's absolutely no comparison when it comes to skin tones. I've been shooting with the F3 for a couple of years now and there's a neat line drawn between before I had slog and after I installed it.

Other posters have discussed ad nauseum when and when not to use it, but I shoot with it constantly and it looks SO MUCH BETTER. It's a relatively simple operation to de-log and grade it at a basic level (I use Colorista as a plug in in FCP7 or the cineon plus 3 way corrector in Premiere cc; when I want something more complex I usually hand it over to someone using Resolve or equivalent). The more recent slog 2 on the F5/55 is streets ahead but the F3 slog, even shooting to SxS cards, is far prettier than without.

I have experimented with non-slog profiles but it's like going back to the EX1 (a fine camera I still own and use). I concede one reason you wouldn't shoot with slog is if you had to match it with a non-slog camera.
