FS7: Matching FS7 with a not so flawless A6300

Learned a lot from latest threads, I own a lumix G6 as a b cam. It is good in 1080 HD. But I prefer a camera that uses the same lenses and technology. So a Sony A6300 will do that job. I intent to buy one.

Most of my shoots are 4K pal 25 slog3 xavx-i

But how about these known problems:

  • Short Battery Life
  • Overheating
  • Rolling Shutter

And last but not least is the footage easy to match with the FS7?

Who is using this camera and how are these three aspects affecting your work with it? And how you deal with these flaws?

Thanks

I am using it often instead of a GoPro and mount it with a suction cup and the 10-18 inside cars, cabins, on car hoods, car windows and car roofs, also with a beholder ms1. I have about 10 batteries, mostly cheapos which work great. RS is a serious issue. I never ran into overheating but I shoot only short clips with 10mins maximum. Color matching is easy if you do a proper white balance and exposure

both zeiss contax lenses, guess which is FS7 and a6300 ;-)
edit:
not a perfect match yet, just q&d levels and saturation.
FS7 CineEI, a6300 Cine4 with CineEI gamma setting
