Matching footage from the HVX 200 and GH1

Hello I am doing a low budget feature. I will shoot interiors with the HVX 200 with a Redrock 35mm adapter. No problem with a spread out set with a lot of equipment. I will be shooting these scenes with private locations, no permits required.

The exteriors will be shot with the GH1. I need to be conspicuous on exteriors thus the GH1. How is the GH1 on nights with little or no light? I can't afford permits, big light setup, generator, big crew etc. for these scenes.

My question is will the footage be noticeably different? What can I do in camera to keep the footage as seamless as possible?

I have never worked with the GH1 personally, but there are all kinds of tests done on youtube, I would go do a search there. To get the best quality out of the GH1 look into the firmware hacks, but I heard they don't do too well in low light.\

I would never attempt to shoot anything with little to no lights outside. There are cheap solutions for external lights at hardware stores, look at the lighting forums here for great creative solutions... my four time emmy award winning film school mentor started each production class with the phrase "If it ain't lit, it ain't ****." Cut the budget on the cameras if you can't afford lights. I would rather work with a great light kit and mediocre camera, than a great camera and no lights. OR do some tests with day for night filming, which could solve your lighting woes.
