Matching footage from a Panasonic DVC-Pro AJ-D700 camera with footage from HVX-200

I am in a remote area on dial-up. I have tried to find info on this topic, but with a slow connection it's hard to search. If this has been covered please refer me to post or thread.
I was planning to shoot my interviews with a DVX-100 (A or B) in 24PA in letterbox, then shoot the beauty shots and B-Roll with an HVX-200 in wide screen 720P or 1080i in the 24P or PA mode (not sure if both of those exist?)

I may need to shoot some interviews now and don't have immediate access to a DVX-100. I have access to a DVC-Pro AJ-D700, a 4x3 broadcast camera. Can anyone tell me what I can do to a DVC-Pro camera to make it more like the film look of the HVX-200? I'd like to know what I can do to the camera settings and also if there are things I can do in post with Final Cut Pro, or other software (Cinema tools?) so the footage matches what I will shoot in the future.
The only thing I can think of in the camera is too boost the Gamma settings to the maximum to increase saturation and try to have the background out of focus so image does not look too flat.
In post, would changing it to 24 frames help it look more like the film look of the HVX-200?

Thanks! Much appreciated!
