Matching Footage betwen HMC 150 and 70U

Hi guys

I have been using a HMC 70 u and just bought a HMC150. I primarily shoot weddings, parties etc. I have a few questions and would really appreciate your thoughts on this

1. The footage looks very different because of obvious the specs are different. What should I do on location get them to match as close as possible.

2. Is it possible to do it i post production. ?

3. White Balance ?

I ended up selling the 70 since the 150 was so superb.

I found it very hard to make them look similar in post... It will take a lot of color correcting.
