I was wondering if anyone here has experience matching video from the DVX100 to a JVC DV500. Naturally, the film gamma would have to turned off. I can change quite a few settings on my JVC, so if you have some insight into this, I would be appreciative.
I have a very cool gig coming up in April that I'd like to bring an extra camera in for. I'm thinking a dvx100 with a steady mount would be just the thing. The gig is in Northern CA if you're interested in learning more.
