Matching dvx footage with another 3chiper

I'm going to be filming a couple weddings in the next couple weeks and have a panny GS200 for a back angle camera, it's a 3ccd camera but shoots in 60i, I was hoping to shoot in 24pa since it'll be a wealthy couple, in an old catholic church and would make for some great footage for my reel. DOes anyone know if you can get 60i footage to look close to the dvx . I mean, It's not like there technically inclined, but I dont' want the difference to be (example: night and day) on the dvd.

Somebody please give me an answer

If you have access to the GS200, you could run some tests beforehand. Download DVFilm's Maker software, shoot some GS200 footage in 60i and side-by-side it with the DVX at 24P. Then run the GS200 through Maker and see how close you can get it.
