Matching D90 footage with DVX102B ?

I'm shooting weddings, recently acquired a nikon D90, so planning to have some creative shots alongside my DVX102, Pal version from Malaysia.

any tips to match the footage and also the frames together ? D90 only doing 24p and I'm doing 50i - interlace. Don't wish to shoot in Progressive 25P because I lose out a lot of light.. and autofocus is very slow.

I'm editing on Premiere pro 2.

Any tested this setup ? and is it workable ?
