Matching Canon and Nikon and Voigtlander lens

I found a partner in London to shoot my London Webisode 2 with, but we have different lens.
He has Canons, 35mm f/2, 50mm f/1.4 and a Lumix 20mm, 14-140
I have 2 Nikons, 50mm f/1.8, 85mm f/1.4 and Voigtlander 25mm f/0.95.

Does anyone have any experience mixing Canon and Nikon? My overall plan was to
shoot desaturated, and do further desaturation in post.
Personally, the night shots of Parliament, Picadilly Circus Big Ben etc, I was going to shoot
that with just the voigtlander anyway because of its sensitivity, but the close ups on the talent
might be best served with the Nikon 85mm.

Any tips appreciated before I fly to London?

We regularly shoot multicam with a mix of Nikon, Canon, Tokina, Panasonic, Olympus, & Voigtlander, lenses. So far the editors haven't had a problem matching them in post.

Cheers, mate. So does that mean the difference was negligible? Or it was noticeable enough to warrant some color correction?

There are slight differences, but nothing that's warranted much of a grade.
