Matching A7S and FS700

I have an A7S and an FS700... they're both set to Cinegamma 4. They match ok-ish... The A7S seems warmer and more yellow in general and the reds are very different. The FS700's reds have quite a bit of magenta cast while the A7S's reds seem to contain no magenta at all.
Anyone have a good setting to match them fairly close?

Furthermore, the FS700 seem much more stable and "predictable" in the results it yields. The A7S has a tendacy of easily overblow some colours in changing light etc. I film a lot of live performance at venues with less than stellar light and the lighting guys (it's mostly just the sound engineer doing the best he can) tend to go up and down from too dark to too bright a lot. The FS700 deals with it fine but the A7S, not soo much.

Anyone else seeing this? How to you deal with it? Guess I need to try to under expose the A7S a bit more... which is a shame...
