Matching 5D mark III with mark II

Hello,
I'm planning to buy a mark III .
I was wondering if the Mark II used as a B camera was easy to match the mark III .
Its mainly for interviews.
Thanks for your help.

The image from 5D2 & 5D3 is indistinguishable in particular white balance & picture profiles are the same.

The above comment is not completely correct, as some one who uses both the 5d mk3 and mk2 regularly they provide slightly different images. The mk3 and mk2 render whites slightly differently, so even if you have them on the same colour temperature it will be slightly different.
Also, I often find the 5d mk2 provides a more contrasty image, where as the mk3 is more flatter.

Either way it's not really the end of the world, since this can easily be fixed with some correction in post.

That's not my experience of using 5D2 & 5D3 together. I use Faithful picture profile & generally Daylight or Tungsten white balance. The only difference is that you can apply more sharpening to the 5D3 clips.
