Match SONY PMW-350 & SONY EX3 CAMERAS

Hi Guys, Anybody have any experience matching the Sony PMW-350 & the Sony EX3 Successfully? I have a 2 day shoot coming up involving 6 x 350's & 4 x EX3's & needed to match them as close as possible.

Any help will be really appreciated!
