Match HVX200a with DVX100

Hi DVXUsers,.

I have to switch my HVX200a to SD to match with the DVX100 for a small music video this Sunday(07.05.2009).

What do I need to do if any?
Do I just switch to "Tape Media" and that is it or there are more to be done?

That should about cover it. They play together very nicely. Make sure the scene settings match as well.
 
Barry posted these settings somewhere and they worked great for me.

DETAIL LEVEL: +3
V DETAIL LEVEL: +2
DETAIL CORING: +5
CHROMA LEVEL: HVX +2, DVX +3
CHROMA PHASE: HVX 0, DVX -2
COLOR TEMP: 0
MASTER PED: HVX -5, DVX -8
A. IRIS LEVEL: HVX 0, DVX -2
GAMMA: CINELIKE-D
MATRIX: CINE-LIKE
SKIN TONE DTL: OFF
V DETAIL FREQ: THIN
 
Do you have a link to that thread...... maybe with some more details. I need to know how to do that...just in case.
