Match EX1 to HMC150?

The HMC can not match the EX in sharpness and low light- but has anyone tried to match these two cameras for color?
I bought a HMC as a b-roll event cam.
(I just could not afford another EX1)
Besides, I shoot very few gigs that require two cameras and the footage from the HMC will most likely be about 5% of the final videos- but I'm curious if anyone has any luck getting these two to match.
It's tough.
 
I recall seeing a test chart that can help with the process of matching two cameras. You have to use it in conjunction with a vectorscope.

If I had to do it, I'd try to get as close a match as possible with the cameras. Then fine-tune the match in post.
