Match AF100 with GH2 - What settings, please?

Does anyone have the settings to match the GH2?
I'm planning on getting the GH2 for use on a Steadicam Merlin for moving shots and B-roll.

Unless I get advice to the contrary.
I think I could use the AF without handles on the Merlin as well, but it'll be heavier.
Save $1500, kill my arm. Suggestions?

By the way, I shot this entire webisode with just the 25mm voigtlander as an experiment.

Not sure where the post is (try search) but Barry already posted some settings that get the AF-100 and GH2 "close".
