Massive Time Lapse Project

I'm preparing for a 11 day time lapse of a car build. Same spot. Same angle. Same everything everyday. (indoors). HVX200. 720p. Probably 1 frame every minute.

My main concern is the mount which ideally would be hanging securely from the ceiling. It would need to be very secure. And the camera to that mount would need to be very secure... maybe a 100mm ball system so i can use my Cartoni Focus head. I don't know. I would also record my focus and zoom figures in case they accidently did get moved.

My other concern is reliability as the camera will be on essentially for 12 hours a day capturing to P2. So i'll supply 110 to the paddle i think. So I'll be baby sitting the thing from the floor periodically throughout the day maybe every hour or two. Maybe looking up at the LCD screen or ideally having a remote video screen. But it's unlikely i'll be able to get up to it in the middle of the day and screw with it as it will be 10-12 feet above ground. I'll access it in the morning and and night to get the P2 card.

Would anyone care to comment and suggest any thoughts as to technical challenges i may encounter? Solutions... anything?
