Mass Conversion P2 -> Mpeg

I have a couple TB of video that needs to be dumped to SD mpeg, qt, or divx for the director and producers.

Is there a quick-and-dirty way of doing this? I would normally use one of the numerable format-conversion utilities, but nothing can handle MXFs.

Any (PC-based) ideas?
 
Does Edius Broadcast have a batch-conversion feature, or will I have to load everything into the timeline?

How about RayLight? (for your conversion).
 
Edius won't work as a batch converter, but I suggest it because the trial is free. I've never used RayLight but if you have a budget it might be the way to go.
 
If I create a "Self Contained AVI" in Raylight, can I then convert that file to an MPEG-2 using ProCoder or any other format converter?

In other words, is Raylight's "Self Contained AVI" a Video-for-Windows or DirectShow codec?
