Check this out, this is where I am living at. We are going to go see it tomorrow, I will take some pictures.

Please note I am not trying to offend anyone by saying this is or isn't real. But just wanted to share this since its in my town.

Sorry about that, you didn't need a subscription last night....try this one. We probably won't go tonight since its raining, but soon very soon.

It doesn't say it in this article but the Virgin Mary is best seen at 7:30pm and when children are around. Some children have said that the image has spoke to them saying that everything was going to be okay. And another man has claimed to see Jesus on the other bridge pillar.

Oh yeah, when it was first 'seen' a friend of mine went down there to check it out around 7:15 and she said there were around 100 people there, some weeping and praying.

***UPDATE***

So I get home from working out and my wife and brother-in-law are waiting to go see it/her. Its about 7:10 now, but I don't want to miss 24.

So we go where the newspaper reports of the image...the report was wrong, it was under another bridge. So we go over to the other bridge and pull into the parking lot, with about 40 other cars already there. As we walk out to go check this out, I ask a family if they saw Mary.

They say that the lights are turned off on the bridge and Mary can't be seen!

Until tomorrow...until tomorrow.

ummm....."nice Depth of field... what were his settings? anyone? PS when i tilt my dvx i hear this....."

Well when your bored and have nothing else to do but go and search for a person that has been dead for hundreds of years under a bridge...you tend to get hooked in...

:)

Here is some video....its kind of amazing but more sad then anything. Just search on the page: Virgin Mary image gains national attention. Its under the second Featured Video section.

That's right CNN and ABC News have picked up this story.

Maybe I'm a little too excited about this...wait, no, that's everyone else in the Quad Cities.

NEXT: Sasquatch.

***UPDATE***

We went and saw it. There were a lot of people there. I was attempting to take pictures with our low end still camera. Then someone from our group asked why everyone is standing over there looking at it when you can see it much better where we were.

We were looking at the wrong pillar I guess.

You might see more of this in the news soon.
