Anybody with the modification to accept Panasonic batteries wish to give their opinions of the construction/quality and usefulness of the mod?

We are considering this or getting a v mount IMX battery and I was wondering whether the Nebtek mod does the deal reliably and with solid construction.
 
Mine works great and is very well made. It attaches to the V mount and has a 4 pin XLR plug that plugs into the jack in the monitor panel. It's nice to not have all kinds of different batteries and chargers to deal with. There's a decent amount of battery life also with the CGA-D54 batteries.
