Mark and Ted's Excellent Adventure in Drama

As always, it will be tight getting it done in time, but the 6 minute cut is looking good so far. Can't wait to see how the long cut is going once Ted gets the other footage to work with.

Great work everyone!

And i'm definately looking forward to your film as well. I thought we would get wowed with the locations we were able to get in our film, but after seeing yours my hat is off to you guys. Good luck and looking forward...

Hi Mark and Ted,

Even if I started reading now I wouldn't get through 283 pages of posts by the time the contest ends! I just wanted to pipe up with my anticipation to see Threading the Needle - it looks like it's going to be amazing. Can't wait. And I like the new banner, too (though the first one was pretty cool as well and totally different).

Thanks Raw and Vital, I appreciate the comment. Yes, we really had some nice locations. Mark Johnson did a great job in finding and securing this for our film. I will never forget the shoot... it was amazing to be shooting on an airport. (I've always loved planes!) And to have access during an actual airshow was just unreal (though it sucked for sound!!!)

As I've stated on your thread, GERMANITY looks great! I can't wait to see your work!

ignatius, thanks! As far as the banners go, Mark and I each decided to carry our own version. He has kept his original design up for the fest and mine has rotated through many incarnations, primarily being used as "advertisement" (thanks to Charli!!!).

I am done with the advertising (I think) and am settling on this one as my "official" banner (again, I think!)

Thanks for the comments.

And don't worry about going through all 283 pages of this thread... unless you like naked women in hot tubs and obscene t-shirts!

Good Lord, talk about advertising ... I think you've just killed the rest of my week. 282 to go ...

Ted, I love the new banner! It reminds me of star wars... let me explain...

The plane almost resembles those Yellow Naboo fighters, the blue font reminds me of how star wars always ends, with that same colored blue font. The actress on the far right in the white shirt looks like she could be princess leia...

OMG! You're right! No wonder I like this banner!!!!

Here you go, Geoff.....
