Guys, tell me what you think of this:

Now, I know Herman Witkam is a phenomenal composer (and yes, I mean that, Herman - if you are reading this). But I was practicing a bit (more like just effing around) on my keyboard and came up with a little riff that really struck me as moving. It immediately made me think of my platform for Another Day. I analog recorded it via my dvx (just because I was too tired to turn on my equipment) and rendered an mp3 file of the basic piece... here it is, tell me what you think (Mark and Ted, I'm sorry, but your thread is officially everyone's meeting place, so, I hate to do this for the thousandth time)

But anyways, don't click this because it infringes on the rights that Ted and Mark have to this thread. It's not my thread, it's theirs, so, I wouldn't want to deter you from their fantastically incredible film... i mean video, because it's not being shot on film... in fact, i'm not entirely sure it's being shot on video either... do you guys have p2 cards with that hvx or something? that's awesome if you do... i mean, it's cool if you don't but... anyways, just don't click this... the song sucks anyways.

Well hey thanks Ted!

Yeah i have not been around here very much. I finally aquired a job....which is good..and bad at the same time. And I've been writing my drama fest entry ...so I'll put up something for it eventually.

But anyway....this thread is great! I love the variety articles. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you can do with a crew bigger than 1 person....and since that crew includes Kyle and Brandon...and your working with that genious Mark....damn. Tis going to be good.

Hola sports fans. Big football day today ... and I don't mean Ohio State/Michigan. True believers know that the Kansas/Kansas State grudge match is where the action is. Astute gamblers will rush to take advantage of the current line having KSU an underdog by 2.5. Trust me when I say this is a lock. The Wildcats will romp in Lawrence and you read it here at noon Central Standard time.

Lots happening in TTN world and it is all good. New Variety Article is imminent and several fans have privately e-mailed me some new t-shirts. It is a fair guess that Kyle will be sporting one on this thread soon.
 
HAHAHA!!! Poor Mr. Kyle.... t-shirt model extraordinaire. I guess he has the job because he doesn't have big boobs to screw up the writing! :grin:

thanks for the comps on the piece... i am talking with herman now, believe me... he critiqued it harshly (and for good reason!) -- i hope he likes it a little, though!!! =)
