It somehow seems inappropriate to put any text in here at all.

ha ha ha.

I bet they were fun to watch, live.

Agreed.

Hopefully better than his radio show at least. It was awful...

Did he die today? Just wondering what prompted this post.

Yes.

Thanks. I was checking the IMDB (they usually list celebrities deaths), but all they told me was that it was Mickey Rooney's birthday. Lets all have several moments of silence.

[mikkowilson]

Shouldn't we actually have a moment of noise in this case?

LOL! Perfect!

[GenJerDan]

I sincerely hope people will be irreverent when I die.

That being said, I wonder what his last words were.

Now, if I were a mime, and I am completely serious about this, I'd want to be buried with my hands posed as if I were stuck inside an invisible box.

And the tombstone would read:

(Note: My jokes are meant with the utmost respect for a performing artist who's life was dedicated to entertaining people and making them smile.)

That being said, I wonder what his last words were.

Someone on another forum suggested:
"Mommy? I think I wanna become a Mime?"

There were/are people who actually thought he couldn't speak. Silly.

And not Mel Brooks fans, obviously.
