I have just noticed that I can hear a buzz through the headphones when I do fast manual zooms on my DVX-100B. Can anyone explain this? The noise only happens when the zoom is set to Manual and I turn the ring quickly. There is no noise when I turn the ring slowly. When I set the zoom to Servo and use the rocker there is no buzz, only the normal faint motor noise picked up by my on-camera mike. I don't know if the buzz on manual is a new thing or if I simply didn't notice it before. Thanks for any help on this.
