Manfrotto advice needed

Hi all
I'm about to buy a Manfrotto tripod and head for video use.. I would like to spend under £180 (and am willing to buy second hand on ebay).

Would ideally like to be able to use the centre column horizontally for overhead shots, but this isn't a necessity. I use a (standard) glidetrack, so something with a reasonable amount of support - however, I work as a bit of a one man band, so need something relatively easy to carry around.

Have been looking at the 190xprob and the 756XB legs, and the 501HDV head.

Does anybody have any advice or recommendations? Is the 190xprob suitable for video use?

Thanks, Dom

If you're considering to purchase a head for under $200, the best head in my opinion is Davis & Sanfords FM18. It's silk, and it's $99.

If you are looking for a fairly good inexpensive tripod i would take a look at the Matthews M-25 Tripod. Take a look.
