I purchased the above item brand new at B&H Photo in NYC, and I need to sell it.
It has never been used.
It has its original packaging, documents, etc.

Don't want to be accusatory but the moderator should look into the seller's account. Join date is: 8-30-12
The id 'kevstauss' who left a single positive feedback score has no posts and has a join date of: 8-29-12

I would be extra cautious with this seller.
 
I looked at the history for both. I think it is a separate individual.

If you look through all of the posts for both, I would guess that the person leaving feedback registered primarily because they were interesed in buying something here.

I would not be concerned. Good luck - good price!

He seems fairly legit. I bought a couple of things from him and he seems very professional. I paid via paypal and via my credit card. When I asked him to ship to my PO box he wouldn't because it wasn't verified. He said he was protected if he shipped to the verified address. So I just made sure he had a signature required to make sure it got here. I'll post here if I get what I ordered. But I feel good about it.

Edit: I just got 2 confirmation numbers from him which worked (i.e. I clicked on them and led me to a status update).

I agree prexdealer, he sent me a confirmation email this morning saying he shipped me the gear. I've copied his email signature below. Both links check out. I should get the gear early next week.

I just received one item as promised and unopened. He is good in my book! Waiting for another item later this week. I would say buy with confidence.
