Manfrotto 410 geared head with 2 plates, and a Manfrotto 394 Base with another plate (and 2 screws). The base can literally be mounted to anything. This one was mounted to the sled of a stabilizer for quick on/off.

All items are used but in good working order. One of the gears on the head is a little stiff (needs a little grease).
