Man Vs. Wild

[mb72378]

I was wondering what cameras they use to shoot Man Vs. Wild. The footage always looks great. I know they prob. grade the heck out of it but for the run and gun way they shoot. Im pretty impressed. Anyone know what camera they use?

I remember seeing hvx 200 and hpx 170 plus other panasonic CCD camera's....with CCD being the magic word !

It was a BTS featurette.

They use whatever camera they can carve out of a rock or fashion from banana leaves.

I just read this month's DV magazine, so you're in luck.

Varicam HPX2700 as their main cam, an HVX200, an HPX171 for water work, and a few small Sony cams for night vision and stuff.
