I stumbled upon something today on a shoot. If you turn on the Silent Operation on under the video settings, you get an extra camera icon on the right side of the touch screen. There you can control your focus, Shutter, Exposure, iso, and volume settings. If you leave the volume setting up on the right side displayed, the histogram & guidelines still disappears after recording for for 1 min but if you have the GH4 in video-priority display, everything else stays on. The function does overlay the battery icon also but some may like and some not. Just thought it was interesting.
